The Effects of an Intensive Interpersonal Relationship Harmony Group Counseling Program on Maladjusted Middle School Students¡¯ Interpersonal Relationship Harmony

Abstract
The aim of this study is to verify efficacy of the intensive group counseling program (Jeong, Gyeong Hee and Kim, Seong Hoe, 2013), designed to help the development of interpersonal relationship harmony (IHR) for maladjusted middle school students. A total of 18 middle school students recruited in D metropolitan city area were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The program used in the current study was originally developed and constructed fit for the study subject. The classic pre - and post-test experimental design was employed utilizing IRH scale, and the ANOVA results indicate that the intensive IRH group counseling program is effective.
